We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Ogden, UT. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is upbeat but humble and willing to learn, preferably speaks English/Spanish, and a few years’ clinical experience is helpful. This is an amazing opportunity for a motivated Chiropractor that would like to possibly buy into the practice in a year or two if so desiring ownership.

We apply a hands-on approach to ensure patient satisfaction. Our practice utilizes non-invasive techniques and the latest in chiropractic technology and treatment to help our patients maintain overall wellness while recovering from any back or musculoskeletal injury, auto accident, or sports injury.
Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified, Thompson, Drops, Instrument adjusting, Flexion/distraction, decompression and Palmer Package, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in UT
Schedule:
• Full time
• Monday 9-12 & 2-6, Tuesday 1-6, Wednesday 9-12 & 2-6, Thursday 1-6 and Friday 9-1
Total Compensation (range):
• Chance to earn $100k (base salary plus bonuses, based upon experience)
